UKRAINIAN HUB in Lighthouse, 27 September 2022 We work as usual from 10.30 to 14.30 Children's room in Jigsaw until 12:30 p.m. Lunch at 12.30 tomorrow we will prepare borscht for the community. Volunteer Dima will be able to help people who have problems with laptops or phones, he will repair them in the hub.

Hairdressers Iryna and Natalya will accept 12 people, sign up, there is a long line.

Olena and her team in the wardrobe (2nd floor) will help with warm clothes for adults - live queue. For children, things must be ordered (after completing the request, ask the volunteer Karolina).

Phone cards (for new arrivals) can be obtained by presenting a passport.

English with Tatyana, at 1:00 p.m., her group continues to practice. We are organizing new groups, you will receive an email with details.

Anyone who wants to sign up for a seminar on self-employment, let Masha know, she will sign up.

Natalya, as always, will help with questions about school.

Citizens Advice Borough, as always, will help to deal with problems.

Ukrainian UK Unity distributed to high school Ukrainian students Ukrainian-English dictionaries. Greatfull family received dictionaries at Ukrainian hub. These dictionaries have been purchased thank to donations from Woking Lions and Woking Rotary Club and Woking District Rotary Clubs. Generous donation from clubs gave Ukrainian kids an opportunity to improve their English at home and at school.

Also, Rotary club paid for one of Zoom license, now we able to teach Ukrainian adults English without limitations. Teachers-volunteers from Ukraine Uk Unity were running Free English classes for Ukrainian adults through the summer. After 2 weeks holidays English classes for Ukrainian adults are coming back.

Ukrainians continue their integrations, thank to support from local community, they able to achieve amazing results.
