Різдво настало раніше для українських біженців у Вокінгу завдяки щедрості та доброті Роберта Кука та Ice Leisure Group, які запропонували українським біженцям безкоштовне катання на ковзанах. Діти отримали багато позитивних емоцій, посмішок і чудових спогадів про зиму перед початком війни в Україні. Працівники ковзанки на Victoria Place добре піклувалися про них. Christmas came early for Ukrainian refugees in Woking, thank to generosity and kindness of Robert Cook and Ice Leisure Group, who offered free ice-skating session for Ukrainian refugees. They enjoyed ice-skating session. It brought many positive emotions and smiles and wonderful memories from winters before the war in Ukraine began.
Ice-rink staff at Victoria Place looked after them well. Ukrainian people and volunteers are greatfull for this amazing opportunity.

'I was pleasantly surprised, overwhelmed & honoured to received the Award. Although the award was given to me as an individual, I wanted to share it with the incredible multicultural strong team of volunteers at Ukraine UK Unity. Our efforts have been stellar, our commitment is unquestionable, and our goals for the future will always involve spreading kindness, compassion, hope and sharing in all that we have and we know with people in need.
